AK, I hear ya, brutha. Click about 4-5 times on the left-pointing arrow (go trans-Pacific) and you'll find my little marker.

The Satellite view is tremendous. Click on your name or anyone's name. Then zoom in from the satteite feature. Wow! If you do mine, when you click in, there is an interstate located just to the left of my "callout". When you find that, the interstate curves. Look at the land straight to the left of the curve and then follow that to the next highway. That's our farm. My Balldiamond and high school are located to the right and slightly south of my callout.

The satellite feature is neat, but I guess because it uses zip codes, it doesn't really show me in my true neighborhood. It has me fairly close to my kids' school though.

Same as well w/the zip but close enough......maybe it is better..............after some of the conversations I have been part of or read it might just be best this way as you never know who might be the next knock on the door..... ..............

He's having a great year. In the KY forum, we've had a thread going on the college experience. Freshman year is one of adjustments for everyone, but we're very thankful for our situation.

laf - I'm in the middle of a farm, also close to my son's school They have our homes farther away from each other than they actually are.

Zooming with the satellite is a little cumbersome - try zooming in with the zipper, then hitting the satelite button

tdf - You are correct. It has me way too north and you are in the middle of a horse farm out by your son's school! That's a pretty big back yard! There's also another bubble that's on the north side of town that I think I'm responsible for!

I need help removing an extra "bubble" and attaching my son's pic to my name. Oh, Bullwinkle will throw me off the place!

I thought our beloved Bullwinkle was the one responsible for bubbles ... oh, you mean the kind they use in cartoons, not the kind moose are responsible for

The only kind of bubbles I blow is from bubble gum. (big league chew) Although, gum on my furry face is a mess.

My fav as a kid was the gum you got from a Tops Baseball card. I still love the smell of a baseball card fresh with the pink bubble gum residue.

I guess it was probably a moosestake to refer to it as a "bubble". How about a balloon FBM?

The zoom effect and the satellite feature are great. I was able to locate my house but it is definetly not where the flag is ... flag has me in the middle of a parking lot in a small commercial area. But it is actually very close to where AJ played little league. It appears that the flag has gone to the center of our zipcode ... we have 2 zipcodes in YL and we used to be the most eastern area (when we moved here, we actually had dirt roads near the northeastern part of our tract ...)

Anyway, thanks for the heads up on this feature ... lots of fun.
