Isn't this weather great...only in Texas. I once coached a game in the playoffs...1st weekend in May...where the game time temperature was 35 degrees!!! Location was Dallas!

Rett Varner throws another slick 4 hit complete game shut-out. Northwest scattered 8 hits against another hard thrower for LD, Trevor Harden. LD had trouble in the field and that was the difference.

I too stopped in to watch the FM and Marcus game and what a game it was.

Big hit with the bases loaded late in the game by FM put the game in hand. Great defense and pitching by FM as well.

The Marcus coach was correct about the foul ball as I saw it but then 3 umpires missed the call. That coach should have been tossed for his actions but then thats why I came to the game to see the circus!

Honest and unbiased...how many seniors are in the starting lineup?

Last night the left fielder, center fielder, 2nd baseman, and pitcher were seniors. The rest were juniors.

This has been pretty typical for the most part, although when not pitching the senior who pitched last night usually plays first base.

There have been games when the lineup is somewhat different depending on a number of things making for a little different mix too.
