hey-I recognize those boys and their uniforms!!!Just don't recognize the snow!!
Looks like they were taking the snow in stride or should I say in slide
Is it going to be another washout day in the South today
Sun is shinning brightly here in Cleveland although it is a bit on the chilly side

yes-it is another washout day for our high school baseball team as well as yesterday -no snow or ice just nasty rain
We are in Memphis but I think some teams are playing today. Rain is predicted for this afternoon and our JV is scheduled to play but since the Varsity game has been cancelled at one field the JV probably will be cancelled as well.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you
My son's game was canceled yesterday and now today in North Carolina. They are now looking at a double header tomorrow and a make-up game Monday.
The mid atlantic states (I don't consider them southern) can get hit hard this time of year and it hurts those that are now playing conference games and unable to make them up.

Them's fighting words!!!
Not Southern? North (sad use of compass points imo) Carolina? Bless your heart!
South Carolina never actually rejoined the Union, so technically they aren't even part of the US. But I digress. (They make BBQ with mustard - omg!)
We did get enough rain that our coaches had a chance to cancel the games before the team from Oklahoma headed to Memphis. I'm sure the boys were disappointed-I know mine always looks forward to missing school to travel for baseball
Well up here in the Northwest, we have snow this morning, our Saturday Jamboree got rained out. How fitting the two weeks before the season starts you could have played a game almost every day weather wise. Now our season is started and we'll be lucky to get one game in this week. Yep, winter makes a second call up here when the HS season starts.
Mid-Atlantic does not include North Carolina.!! We are southern all the way.
