I loved being able to watch so many games on the internet. With the video streaming I was able to switch back and forth between games. I literally spent the day in bed with my lap top switching back and forth between games. I kept wanting to get over and see one of the UCLA games but the Columbia and Palo Alto regional games were so interesting I was never able to get over there. I would say FS, SC, Stanford, UCLA, Arizona, are my favorites….

Since this is tournament ball I don’t think it is possible to say there is a “favorite”, all of these teams are battle tested and one hot pitcher can set up a L and throw a “favorite” into the losers bracket.

One great day of college baseball!!!
jemaz - I agree with your comments about AZ's pitching depth. Some also think they are a lot better in their home park as opposed to other parks...still their offensive style should play quite well in the new ballpark in Omaha. I guess we'll see.

FWIW, THE best team I saw this year...at the time I saw them...was UCLA. Good-to-VeryGood pitching but a really balanced offense...a little new for them. Outstanding closer as well.

Stanford...probably the most talented top-to-bottom...but not clicking on all cylinders including during the Regional...which I was at all 3 of their games. Something...that big hit(?)...is missing. Appel looked the best he's looked all year on Friday and AJ Vanegas was nearly just as good in relief on Saturday. Both 93-97 with wicked sliders. But offensively, they really kind of stumbled into a lot of those runs this past weekend.

Oregon...if they make it to Omaha...relies on pitching mostly. And small ball. They will frustrate you to death.
