Is there a bracket on the site somewhere and I'm just not seeing it? I saw the teams, the pools and the list of today's games but not an overall schedule / bracket.

There is no overall bracket.
There are five pool games.
The winners of each pool go on to the single elimination bracket. As do the top two second place teams. There is a discussion of this referenced on the WWB 16U page (in the same section as the field directions, tournament rules, etc.).
