Looking for recommendations for son to be able to start yoga or Pilates at home. Anyone find good videos, apps, etc?
Thanks.

freshman year, my 2023 son had a notification for yoga club at his hs on wednesday afternoons. i told him to go to it and he did (back when he actually listened to what i told him to do, lol). he tried to get his friends to go with him but they weren't having it, saying that it was a "girl club". i asked him how many people showed up and he said 7 or 8 every week. i asked him how many guys. he said "just me".
he didn't appreciate the opportunities then but he would now. unfortunately, the covid hit and i don't think it started up again this year
My oldest son came home with a P90X Yoga DVD during winter break freshman year. His pitching coach had all the pitchers doing it. A quick google search gave me this: https://archive.org/details/p90x_20200810
I was interested, so I did it as well. I enjoyed it. Probably not a bad idea for me to get back into it. ;-) Thanks for the reminder @DroppedStrikeThree.
I use a Peleton bike and love it. As part of the membership (which you can get without the bike) they offer many classes including weight lifting, body weight exercises, yoga and Pilates.
@mobility_chick on Instagram is a great resource for baseball focused yoga. I think she does programs or at least live yoga sessions. During quarantine I would do the yoga sessions with multiple professional players every morning. She puts out great mobility content in general so check her out!
You Tube look up yoga with Adrienne. She has several 30-day series that are between 20 and 35 minutes. My son has done several with me and his sister. Good for flexibility, strength and the mental part of centering yourself.
would also lookup Kinstretch.
Good old P90x. I went through many rounds of that for 2 years straight. Best shape I’ve ever been in. I always looked forward to yoga day because I knew I wouldn’t be sore. It was a good workout but 90 minutes is a lot of time to commit to it.
Thanks all for the suggestions. Much appreciated.
