In a post earlier in this thread, I mentioned how big of a signing it seemed Liberty was getting in Josh Henderson. Well, it wasn't to be I suppose, as I just saw that Henderson has signed with the Dodgers. Best of luck Josh!

Yes, Josh just signed this morning at 9am. Very happy for Josh and his his family.
Powhatan and Va. Cardinals LHP Joe Manion announced today that he has switched his commitment from UMass (as announced previously) to Longwood.
At Longwood, he'll join Cardinals 2012 teammates Collin Lawless and Colton Konvicka as members of the Lancers' first class in the Big South era.

• Brett Johnson, 1B (St Annes Belfield) made the team at JMU as a walk on.
• Clark Crutchfield, 3B (Covenant) has made the team at Roanoke College and is listed as a C/IF on their roster.
• Kyle Jacobson, LHP (Monticello) participated in fall practice at Lynchburg College (not sure if he made the team)
• Eli Haden, OF (Charlottesville)has made the team at ODU
• Connor Lilley, C (Monticello) has made the team at Mary Washington
• Justin Cooper, LHP (Miller) has made the team at Mary Washington
• Jake Livengood C/IF (Monticello) participated in fall practice at Eastern Mennonite (not sure if he made the team)
• Lee Carneal, SS/P (Albemarle) is playing football at Hampden-Sydney

Great to see JMU taking some walk-ons for a change! That has historically been a tough nut to crack.
