Two solid schools, A question if I may Redbird.

Is this done without ill feelings by any of the parties. For instance does one ask to be released from his commitment from UGA to then commit with UNC. OR does one just tell UGA they are changing.
Does a school like UNC still seek ballplayers regardless of if they have "committed" or not.

Just wondering why a ballplayer would commit early if he was still looking.

Saw Rogers pitch and his stock certainly went up with his last two starts.

It is a verbal, non-binding commitment. Each kid has his own reasons for moving on. I am not at liberty to talk about why Thomas decommitted from GA.

Schools, in general, have a gentleman's agreement to not pursue others' verbals. But, if they were "in" on a player before he committed, they usually tell the recruit to call them if anything changes, except for some schools who hang up on kids when they find out they "lost" them. Smile
