Papi, nowadays many, many kids know ACCEPT because Balls to the Wall is one of the favorite songs on Guitar Hero.

I found my first accept album in a record store in Pullman, Washington, fall of 1980. I had never heard of them. The front cover art was amateurish and kind of stupid. But the photo on the back revealed a motley crew of German rockers and it looked promising.

Instead of buying nacho's at Alex's Cantina I bought that album, and later that night "I'm A Rebel" could be heard blasting out across the Palouse from our open dorm window. I'm sure we were wearing our half-shirts and Dolphin shorts, and playing guitar on our tennis rackets as well.

2Bmom, if I had to select an MF song for a walk-up, I think I'd choose "Movin' On" from Iron Age!!

Although I grew up in the 60's & 70's and alot of the songs mentioned bring back memories. Some clearer than others.
I would choose something by Maroon 5 or Dave Matthews. Those two bands always push me an extra 1/2 mile when I'm jogging.
