I think the Braves and sox are now ahead of the Astros and Yankees but only because quite a bit of talent of the latter teams has already graduated. Still very good systems but not as deep anymore as the former two.
Out of the sox and braves I think the Braves are deeper but the Sox are better at the top.
Both the Braves and sox systems are crazy risky though plus both teams don't have the best recent track record in player developement especially hitters unlike the Astros who have a crazy good playear developement.
That makes me a little sceptical on both the Sox and braves outlook. I think they are going to be much better in a few years but high ceiling risky prospects and a suspect player developement is not the best combination. At least the Sox have a relatively solid track record in pitcher developement and health, braves pitchers seem to get injured all the time.
