We have it.  I like it.  I am a sports physical therapist by trade.  The group of exercises they have you go through are well thought out and good for throwers.  Not too expensive.  Depending on how old and strong your child is, go for the heavier cords.  The lighter ones are just too easy for most of the prescribed exercises.  You can probably find some of their programs online.  Maybe try the exercises with your own equipment, prior to purchasing.  My son uses a cable machine, now, with some of the exercises, as the cords are too easy.  Good stuff overall.

I bought it for my oldest a cpl of summers ago, now he and the middle one use it religiously.  No arm/shoulder problems...coincidence?...maybe...but they like it and so do I.  Like Ohio dad said, you can find the workouts on line and try them with your own stuff or just pony up and spend the money.  They have been very durable and show no signs of failing any time soon.
