I agree with this. He could have been a HOF regardless. That's what makes it sad.
More tickets are being sold for each game every night and more and more press passes (his enemies) have been given these past several weeks. I do beleive that most everyone has already made up their minds, innocent or guilty, but people want to see history made, no matter how they feel.
I think that infielddad has made a pretty good argument regarding how most people that I know feel about barroid.

My kid made a great statement last night about Glavine's 300th win. Maybe he might have been involved in the steroid thing too, no one knows anything about anyone anymore, but here was a player that went about his business and had no controveries in his career, you have to respect that. Barroid been way too controversial for me, only making him look more guilty to me than others (besdies looking that way as well).
