I would imagine it might exist, but very limited.
Have you or yours had the unfortunate experience of coming across it?
I would imagine there are those out there who might exploit the trust of families whose sons have moved to the pro ranks. You can't do much about the gambling except have a zero tolerance policy, however, families should deal with only those agents who are well established...and not give any $$$ for promises of being drafted or signed...lol...although I seriously doubt that could happen with all the cross checkers etc.
You pose an interesting question to ponder though.
