I'm sure there are others who know more about specific teams, but tarheelfaninmd's post hit a nerve, and I wanted to offer a little bit of help.

There are two leagues around here that I know, the Montgomery County Baseball Association (http://www.leaguelineup.com/welcome.asp?cmenuid=1&url=mcba&sid=25407265) and Northern Virginia Travel Baseball League (http://216.12.134.239/nvtbl2/MainPage.asp) Both of their web sites have all the teams listed and contacts for coaches.
