We signed up in July for the Central Florida Camp - word of mounth indicated a decent program - due to a shoulder injury with my son, we just requested a refund for the November camp. Received a terse reply stating they had a 90 day money back policy and we had to find a replacement player to receive a refund. Couldn't find the refund policy printed anywhere. Must be why they do not accept credit cards for registration. Do not know what the camp quality is like but if anone wants to send their son, let me know so I can have a chance at a refund.
I had a similar experience with this Showcase for the upcoming November event. Our family plans for Thanksgiving changed after having paid the deposit. Their response was that if it was a medical issue the money would be refunded. I too found no refund policy posted on their websight or in the information packet that was sent to me. I would pursue it a little further.
