What is your VISUAL EYE-Q??? You might have great mechanics but you can’t hit what you can’t see!!!! The Frozen Ropes Training Center in Glen Burnie Maryland, cordially invites you to its 9th Annual Visual Mechanics Boot-Camp Saturday February 21st.
Players will participate in a Visual Camp developed by the Frozen Ropes Visual Development* Team for the New York Mets, Colorado Rockies, and Boston Red Sox. The Camp will feature the FROZEN ROPES VISUAL MECHANICS and SHOWTIME MENTAL SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAMS and topics will include pitch recognition, visual routes, strike zone knowledge, reaction time improvement, Visual acuity, Stereo acuity, and contrast sensitivity.
Frozen Ropes Director of Instruction, Alex Brunet will lead the camp. Special guest will be former Frozen Ropes Student. Old Mill High and U. of Delaware star, Alex Buchholz. Alex was the Cincinnati Reds 6th round pick in the 2008 Major League Draft and was recognized by Baseball America for the BEST PRO DEBUT by a Reds Minor Leaguer after hitting .396 at Billings to begin his professional career.
