Career QB rating - 71.9
Career TD's - 26
Career Int's - 34
Could it be the Titans won in spite of Young before this year? And this year he has been efficient? Has he put more than five good games together in his career? In the past five games he's thrown 4 TD's and 2 INT's. Except for the last game he's not throwing the ball much. He has one of the best running backs in pro football lined up behind him with the defense keying on him. I'd say the team has won five games with Young being efficient.
Update: Against a strong team today and playing from behind Young had a QB efficiency of 77.8 which is mediocre. Chris Johnson had another big game with 113 yards.
The previous five teams Young was efficient against were 3-3, 3-4, 3-4, 5-4, and 7-3 but missing their All-Pro QB. In those same five games Chris Johnson ran for 657 yards and seven touchdowns. Johnson is carrying the offense and Young along for the ride. The biggest change on the Titans has been playing better defense.
To put Young in the same sentence with Rothleisberger and Brady is a HUUUUUUUUGE JOKE.
To put him in the same sentence as Rivers is extremely funny. If winning is important let's see a Young led team win a Super Bowl before we put him in the same sentence as Trent Dilfer.
