Let me preface this by saying we know that high school stats are possibly the smallest consideration, but we also want to report what is expected.

2013 has a berecruited site and his freshman stats were recorded last year.

We now have his sophomore stats, plus HS summer ball and travel ball that we can include. The format only gives an option for "season" and "career."

We can do the math ourselves to post his career stats from all of these seasons combined and just use his most recent in the "season" category, which would be travel. Is that appropriate? Do coaches expect that we are including every season/type in the career category? I can't imagine that they are only looking for high school team stats.

If anyone has insight, we would really appreciate it.

I believe there is an option, when a player has listed his stats to have it verified by the players Head Coach, and if he confirms the stats listed are factual, then the BeRecruited website will place a large red sign on the players athletic stats page with a "approved" label on it. Then at least it may give the stats shown, a little more credibility to any Coaches viewing the Players profile.
I would think that any site that allows players/parents to post stats will not be taken seriously. That is not to imply you would falsify stats, but we all know parents who embellish some.

I would suggest you provide either the schools stats which can be verified, or if the tourneys provide stats like MPH or BA, you include those. I know places like MaxPreps keep stats that are not based on input from kids or parents, so see if they follow your HS and have individual stats for the players. Many tourneys now days keep stats that can be accessed as well. Needless to say most PG events keep info on kids that can be trusted and is respected by coaches.
