Congrats to two terrific players and gentlemen from the MIAA who played their first D1 games today:

Patrick Blair Wake Forest, SS, 2 for 3, RBI in a win over Army

Harry Slade, UNC Greesboro, CF, 1 for 1, RBI in a win over Cleveland St.

Awesome to see. Also, Mike Dillion made an appearance on opening day for Ohio U, as did Michael Trionfo for Towson....

Andrew Parker made a start in Day 2 behind the plate for Towson as well...a lot of playing time as Freshmen we see. That is great!

Harry's hit was huge. It gave us breathing room as it put us up by two, after coming from behind and taking the lead by one.

Although not MIAA, a local teammate of Harry's had a pretty fair weekend.
