Emotions running high I see.

Love it.

This stuff only comes from TEAM competition.

Ain't too many folks barking about what showcase team is better.

Sure is nice seeing all the attention going towards a TEAM event. The way the game was meant to be played.

5 years ago nobody was talking about Farmington except for the ones with Mustang memories from years prior.

Now we got DBAT Mustang folks and Tiger folks talking about the greatest show on earth.

You got DBAT Mustang folks, Frozen Rope folks, and Patriot folks talking about the Mickey Mantle WS too.

It's good stuff. TEAM stuff.

Hey, anyone got a 60 time on Joe Blow down there at the Super Duper Event? I heard there were thousands of scouts there.

I agree Farmington is greatness, but I'm going to have to put it behind high school ball. Farmington is limited to those who are great, H.S. is far and wide with all the same emotions.

Isn't the Tiger SS a DBAT player?

Midland is the only nationally recruited team I could find. Most are regional type teams.

The Tigers are doing well, but hardly the only club that have kids pulling together and competing as brothers.

Yes, the Tiger SS is one of the three 2011 grad DBAT players in Farmington this year.

agree 100% robert! feb 1st to may 31st is the greatest time of the year. especially once the playoffs get rolling.

I heard the Tigers game but am having trouble picking up the DBAT game.

Twichell hit a 2 run homer with two out in top of 7th to put DBAT ahead. Keep it going boys!

Abel Baker hits a single between ss and 3rd that the ss has to backhand and throw off balance to first. Corey Brooks in to run. Twitchell up to bat sees a FAT fast ball down the middle and launches to "who knows where" over the right field fence. Midland Redskins 6. DBat Mustangs 7.

Bottom of the 7th. Feckley on the mound. Second batter in their order....one ball....one strike...launches a line drive to right center...Collins and Muncy on the run....Collins calls for the first out.

Third batter in their order....one ball....two strikes (an another fouled off)....launches a liner over second....that somehow Alex Yarborough lays out and makes a diving catch for the second out.

Fouth batter in their order....two balls ....two stikes... a hard swing....cracked wooden bat sailing towards Feckley on the mound...the hard hit grounder up the middle .....Doe gobbles it up and fires accurately to Ford at first for the WIN.
