whats the best way to wait for the pitch to come to you,and not to lunge at the ball.My coach has said Widen out and its helped but I dont feel Im seeing the ball as well,so Im not staying back.Need some advice

Great point......There is no time to think in the box.....Coaches who stand on third and bark instructions between pitches should understand this.....
