I apologize if this has been discussed before, but I heard a person mention a Japanese type of practice, work ethic, or philosophy (not sure which) that I would like to know more about. I think the term was kaizan. Has anyone ever heard of this? If so, where can I find out more about it? I think it might have roots in the martial arts.
