I was toldby someone that you cant use metal cleats in high school baseball anymore but i do not know if this is true could someone please help me out with this thank you very much

Metal cleats at the HS level are allowed in our Kansas 6A league.
Not sure about your area.
Perhaps you could call a local HS coach and ask.
They would be sure to know.

I have the same question for the NYC PSAL league. I looked in their rule book and regulations (online) and did not find any regulation about metal cleats.
In New York Public Schools Modified cannot use metal cleats, JV and Varsity - OK.
You really need to check with your local school system/conference/league. Rules are different from location to location.

hey i just started varsity baseball im a freshman and im the starting catcher i was wondering if in psal nyc we can use metal cleats the psal rules didnt say i couldnt but i wanted to make sure
A quick search of the Michigan High School Sports website shows nothing circumventing NFHS rules concerning metal cleats. Seems like you're good to go.
