While checking my son's NCAA clearinghouse eligibility on-line I noticed a change that I wasn't aware of and called the NCAA to check. They now allow 1 class after graduation to be used to meet the 16 units required if the student does not have enough classes after graduation from high school. This is stated in the new NCAA handbook. My handbook was from 2 years ago so I would suggest parents/students review the new Clearinghouse handbook is they haven't done so recently.
