NCAA Compliance Forms

2015 son headed off for Freshmen year in about a week. He received an email a few days ago from NCAA regarding compliance forms. A lot of the questions seem like they could/should be answered after arriving on campus. Questions affirming the AD (or designees) has reviewed NCAA by laws, signing the drug testing consent form, etc. so then should he wait to do,this sometime after arriving on campus?

I would have your son contact his coach, or the compliance officer at the school. I think my son may have had to fill out some forms when he got to school last year as a freshman, because he called me wanting to know his NCAA Eligibility number.
