NCAA/NJCAA Rules for being paid at HS Summer Camps

Son is NJCAA D1 player about to transition to a NCAA D1 school next fall.

Question: he has been asked to help at his old HS summer camps(2) and to help "coach" his old HS UIL summer team.

For the camps he is to be paid for 4 hrs a day for 3 days each week of the camps.

What about if he gave private hitting lessons during the summer in which he would be paid ~$20 for 30 min. sessions?

Does this violate NJCAA or NCAA eligibility rules?

He should be in the clear. Plenty of college kids that do the same and work for baseball training academies in the summer.
