(Scary But True)

A Little League team which happens to be sponsored and coached by a law firm has made each parent of the players sign a legal document
giving up the right to sue the coaches for anything they might become unhappy with during the season.

This was in responsed to several parents filing lawsuits in the past because their kid did not receive enough playing time, or had to play right field.

Several parents who filed lawsuits claimed their lack of playing time in little league hurt their future earnings in Major League Baseball.

Okay folks, lawyers have earned plenty of scorn, but don't bite on this one.

If a person filed a suit over playing time in Little League allegedly affecting future MLB careers, a Judge would sanction (fine) the filing party so fast their head would spin. I'd believe this when I see the actual Court filing, but not until.
