WOW! Hope nobody was inside, due to the fact I have read that the dome was used for many different events. Went to U of Minn web to confirm that they use the dome for practice and games. Going to play havic with many college teams schedules, being that many D2 and D3 teams also use the field for games due to weather. That team was getting better ever year due to the fact they could practice inside during brutal weather. Will be watching for fallout in the next few months.

On ESPN this morning they showed 2 guys armed with shovels clearing off the roof. That's a big roof, they are going to be there a while ...

Seriously, thank God know one was hurt. For an area of the country used to dealing with a lot of snow that was a lot of snow. Hopefully the roof can be fixed quickly and things go back to normal for all the teams that rely on using the Metrodome.

Guess you could say, the Homerdome was "under the weather"

This is not the first time the dome has collapsed due to snow weight. I would think they would have it fixed and operating again in time for college and high school baseball.
