The East Cobb Braves sent three hard throwing right handers to the mound Wednesday in their 8-2 victory over Orlando Baseball Academy. All three pitchers hit at least 87 MPH on the radar gun, and they combined to give up just two unearned runs on six hits in the six inning game. Brady Anderson (RHP, 2011 Arcadia, FL) started the game and picked up the win. He went four innings, allowing two unearned runs on five hits while striking out five. Alexander Cruz (RHP, 2010 Woodstock, GA) followed with two scoreless innings and three strikeouts and Eric Eck (RHP, 2010 Buford, GA) pitched the final frame without allowing a run or hit. He struck out two.

Alexander Cruz also had a solid day at the plate. He went 2-for-3 with a double, two runs and an RBI. First baseman John Nogowski (2011 Tallahassee, FL) also went 2-for-3 with an RBI and a run.
