that information is not easily obtained unless people share their personal story. so i doubt anyone can answer your question.
im assuming you are referring to hs seniors. rest assured there is some recruiting by colleges since the mlb draft takes away some of their recruits.

When my son played this past summer on an 18U team, he had two teammates who had just graduated. Both got college deals over the summer.
P.S. If you know of a senior who is still looking for a place to play next year, advise him to attend a free MLB tryout and let the scouts know that he is interested in playing college baseball. Most major league scouts have a lot of college contacts and many are more than happy to try and match up high school players with interested colleges.
