Switch Hitting Data Question

I recently got into a "friendly discussion" about switch hitting, and the best all time. I looked through some old posts, and internet sites. Here is a list that seemed reasonable (below).

However, where can I find their specific batting avg from each side of the plate to determine who is the best all time? Is there an over .300 batter from both sides?
