I assume you have signed your commitment forms, plus any scholarship forms.

You should be getting the admission package whenever the school sends them out. He would also from time to time get general school admissions, housing, etc material.

As far as baseball, since there are no contracts you will get nothing specific. My son got an email from the S&C coach with the summer workout program before summer.
Usually you'd get some continued communication regarding what the coach wants your son to do this summer, housing set up, perhaps class schedules.

As it gets closer to fall you'll start hearing what to expect the first few days of school. There are restrictions on when the team can practice but usually there will be organized group workouts right away. Your son has to be ready and peaked when he gets to school. Travel and roster spots and even playing time are usually decided in the fall semester.
3rdgeneration just gave some very important advice. The first impression your son makes when he steps on campus may well carry him or not into his first season. (or not) If someone does not contact him he should be contacting the coach and asking for their summer workout plan. He should hit the gym, HARD all summer, play some summer ball and come into school in the best physical and baseball shape in his life. This will go a long way to getting him on the travel roster. Just because it is DIII does not mean the competition for spots will be any less.
