There is no cost that I am aware of, and you can pick one up from the guidance counsoler at school.

Since enrollment into the NCAA Clearinghouse is only good for 18 months, it is best to do it at the end of your junior year of the fall of your senior year. My son actually registered in the fall of his senior year.

OPson registered the fall of his senior year. It costs between $25-$30 from what I remember.
