when is too young to play travel ball

i played a little travel ball like tournys and stuff at 8. then did the same thing for 9. but at 10 i played like 70 games, then at 11 we played like 65 games, and at 12 we played 90 games, 13 we played like 80 games and this year we will play about 70-80 games. thats like 400 games in 5 years. so i would have to say 8 is a good age to start just dont throw alot of curveballs lol.
