Need some help, tips, advice for my throws to second. I was thinking that I should be throwing under 2.0 to the bag, but I am not from what I saw of my recent video that I got of myself. any advice, mechanically, etc. on what to do? I will work on that! What is the best thing to do for arm strength? How often can I long toss and do band work? I do band work like 3 times a week and use it to warm up before a game.
