I think so too. I saw a late-20's, former 95 mph college pitcher (high draft pick) throw in an alumni game last fall and he couldn't have been more than low 80's just a few short years later. No serious injury that I know of.
Here is the partnership referred to earlier. Perfect Game for a long time has had a big interest in performance, potential, and reducing injuries. We feel that this is the best program ever to help young pitchers. The staff is second to none as anyone can clearly see. Rick and his staff will be at the Metrodome in Minneapolis next week talking to pitchers and parents at the PG National Showcase. They will be attending several other PG events as well.
