Re: Whitney Young 2007 Summer Team
Just saw WY play a game. I didn't realize how many travel ball players they had. A bunch of nice young men as well as good players. Gowder, Cinoman, Ormand, Rosa, Dai Bowden. Jason Ormand started, had good command and looked very poised on the mound. The short stop, Whitehouse (I think) is excellent.

This takes me back to 2005 when I ran an AAU level Clubbers basketball team with primarily baseball players; Robert Kennedy, Mike Olp, Dai Bowden, Angelo Burrrage, Gowder and Ormond along with a few CPS basketball ringers to give us some help. Best regards to all!

Re: Will Dustin Pedroia make the Hall of Fame?
When healthy, Pedroia was a good ballplayer who had the potential to make great plays and collect big hits. He was a little guy who talked a big game that he would often be able to back up, and Boston certainly would not have won the 2007 World Series without him. For those reasons, he belongs in the Red Sox Hall of Fame, but he shouldn’t make Cooperstown. https://www.insidehook.com/dai...star-isnt-hall-famer
