Countdown with Keith Olbermann (MSNBC) at 8 PM EDT, 9 PM PDT, is supposed to have a story about a possible legit controversy with the phone lines last night that could explain how Chris got HOSED.

While I don't think Chris was the worst one

Also the producers kept some of the best Elvis material for the group song last night-- many of those could have been used by the 4 finalists to better advnatage than the songs used

I have never voted and doubt that I ever will. I only complain about the results.

Furthermore, I don't really even care who wins. However, it is a lot of fun to watch and even more fun to *itch and moan about it.

Besides I liked the Hawaiian guy the best, but he lacked personality. Plus he looked kind of like a serial killer.

If Taylor wins, I'm entering next year. Hell if all you gotta do is look old, you might be reading this here post from your next year's American Idol!

I was a total Chris fan. I think he is the only one that had the whole package. Taylor is a total joke. He may have a slight voice, but it embarrasses me just to watch him perform. I do not believe that any of the remaining three will be able to make a living in the music industry. Kat will not be able to sing the types of music that are popular and sell records, nor will the two guys. I think that Mandeza or Paris would have been able to make a go of it and probably will be heard from again. Pickler was too stupid to survive in the music industry.

Independent....I think Kat will do very well. She's a WOMAN and she is beautiful.

Mandisa needed to lose about 300 pounds. I thought she had the best voice, but it was tough to look at her.

Paris was just a bit too young, although she was very talented.

Pickler will be back, too. Another attractive young woman except when she opens her mouth to speak. I call it staying stupid.

Taylor has NO TALENT. He belongs in a wedding party as the person who gets drunk and then sings and dances when everyone is nearly gone at 2 a.m.

I thought, too, that it would be Chris and Kat as the final two. Now, it seems, the "old man with no talent brigade" is trying to take over.

Independent.....if it embarrasses you to watch Taylor....suggest you don't....why put yourself through such discomfort.....I mean Idol is about entertainment.....watch the performers who entertain you.....IMHO.....

LadynMOm you are right - I will not watch the remainder of this season's shows. I have no interest in seeing which of the remaining three untalented people are awarded the title. There are many in my area who have stated that they will no longer watch. I will listen to see what the audience numbers are and if they actually drop this week.

Taylor is just downright fun to watch! Very entertaining performance! Made me want to dance!

I thought Kat's performance was the best one in a couple of weeks. To me, she looked more comfortable and confident than she has - at least until Randy spoke!

Elliott was good - think he appeared a little more confident in that one too.
