Never been clocked

What age is too young for showcase & camps?
Pitcher/ catcher. Fastball 82, pop time as a catcher at 127 ft is consistently under 2.0 (best time is 1.80). Player is looking for better challenge than travel & middle school ball. 5-10 155 lbs.
